I have always been a cat person. I was a cat person before I was a reader. Now, my favorite reading buddy is a cat. Our current cat, Jada, was a rescue that we adopted when she was two. She was rescued outside of Boston after having had two litters. All of her kittens were rescued but she wasn't so trusting. Ever since welcoming our second child into out home, Jada has become a new cat! She is BEYOND patient, very affectionate, and always by my side in seconds when I sit down to read. This new mini line, the Currently Reading Cat, is dedicated to all the cats of bookstagram and includes a bookmark, sticker, mug and tote bag (not shown here).
