Refund policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanged as many of these products are made for you when you place an order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We will try to work with you on a case by case basis. 

Damages and issues
Please note, everything is hand made in small runs and alight imperfections are to be expected. However, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and try to find a solution.
